After the builders.
We recommend that you wait at least 2 days after the Contractors have finished in order to literally ‘ let the dust settle’ You should ask your builders to remove any stickers on Windows, Tiles and Fixtures etc, as well as remove any coarse concrete, mortar or grout spills, as this will be more difficult to remove, the longer they are left and can add considerable time and cost- to the clean.
